The program is open to all. There is no selection or conditions to fulfill. However, like any Columbia Business School program, it is demanding and will require you to invest some time and efforts.

Beyond the designation-we are believers that “You will only get as much as you put in” to the program.

We ask that all students have a general familiarity with basic corporate finance principles. This program is designed to be applications oriented and will not introduce significantly new finance principles or analytical techniques. The program will seek to apply basic finance principles and analytical techniques to actual problems likely to be encountered by senior management of major corporations or those who are the advisors to such management in the context of an M&A transaction.
The program is designed to be challenging but manageable from a workflow perspective. Many of our students are working professionals and we try to make the program as convenient and flexible as possible. Overall the amount of time will vary by student but you should expect to spend 3-5 hours per week on the program.
We have partnered with a digital certifying company called CV Trust. Through this partnership you will receive a bar-coded digital certificate which you can post on your CV or LinkedIn Profile. You will also be able to use this digital certificate to immediately validate your program completion with a current or prospective employer.
You can do that by clicking the “Enroll” button on this page and complete the registration and payment. We accept all major credit cards and wire transfer as well if that is more convenient for you.
